Fairview Park was massively affected by the works of the Dublin Port Tunnel. The flower beds, playground and bandstand were destroyed for years. Fairview Park Improvements 2010
Dublin City Council Parks & Landscape Services Division is currently planning some proposed improvements to Fairview Park. These will include:
