Green Bin collection 2010 - snow update
Green bins were due to be collected from the Fairview & Marino area on Saturday last, 2 January. They were not picked up due to the freezing weather conditions. This has left hundreds of green bins on the footpath in the hope of collection.
The collection has been re-arranged for Saturday 9 January. Anybody who did not have their green bin collected due to poor weather conditions may leave out an additional clear bag of recyclables on their next collection date.
If a collection can not be made in an estate due to poor road conditions, Dublin City Council assure us that any green bins left on major roads such as Philipsburgh Avenue will definitely be collected.

my green bins & brown were not coll since cycle before 3 Jan 1010 Partly due to inclement weather
