Observations on Esmond Ave. Development (Ref. No. 3939/08)
Fairview Residents’ Association has lodged an Observation in support of an appeal by Turlough Gardens residents against the City Council’s decision to grant permission for a mixed development on Esmond Avenue (rear of Philipsburg Avenue).
Observations were made regarding the impact on traffic, parking, waste and sewage systems. We also pointed out that the proposed development is out of character with the surrounding houses and would result in an invasion of privacy.
This appeal is currently under consideration by An Bord Pleanála.
